1. From the home page select "Account and Domain Management".

2. Click "Look up Username".

3. Enter any or all of the following: Username, Organization, First name, or Last name that you wish to search for.

4. a. The search results will provide all the usernames that match the information that you entered. Remember that your GKG username is case and space sensitive.

b. If you could not find a GKG username and you have a domain registered with GKG, select the "Advanced GKG Username Search" feature.

5. a. Enter the domain name that is associated with your domain name.

b. Click "List Contacts".

6. A list of usernames will be displayed for the domain that you entered.
